By accessing or using the Bengal website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting.
2. Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display colours accurately; however, actual colours may vary depending on your screen calibration.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely at the time of order. We accept all major credit and debit cards. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors.
4. Shipping
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Bengal is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns & Refunds
Each Bengal piece is produced to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Refunds are offered only where an item arrives damaged, has a production or embroidery error, or is defective in material or construction.
Claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date by emailing admin@bengal.fit with your order number and photographic evidence of the issue. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Bengal and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bengal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or from the purchase of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
