Returns & Refunds

Our Policy

Each Bengal piece is produced to order and inspected before dispatch. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Returns and refunds are accepted only in the following circumstances:

  • The item arrived physically damaged
  • The item has a printing or embroidery error
  • The item is defective in material or construction

How to Raise a Claim

If your order qualifies under the above conditions, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order using the process below.

Step 01: Document

Take clear photographs of the defect or damage, including the full item and a close-up of the affected area.

Step 02: Contact

Email admin@bengal.fit with your order number, a description of the issue, and the photographs attached.

Step 03: Resolution

We will review your claim and respond within 3 business days. Approved claims will be resolved by replacement or full refund, at our discretion.

Timeframe

Claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date. Claims submitted after this period will not be eligible for review. Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Items returned without prior approval, or outside the 7-day claim window, will not be accepted and may be returned to sender. Items showing signs of wear, washing, or misuse are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance.
